PAYMENT METHODS & SECURITY

In order to offer our customers optimum service and maximum security, our payment processes are handled by the payment service provider, Heidelpay, which has been approved and supervised by BaFin.

To pay for your purchases, we offer different payment options either by PayPal, credit card or direct bank transfer, but there is no guarantee that you are always offered any or all other methods of payment.

Payment per PayPal

If you select „PayPal“ as „payment method“, you will automatically be redirected to PayPal. Are you already a PayPal customer? Then you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Returns received will always be returned to the PayPal account used for the purchase.

Payment by Credit Card

PATRON SOCKS protects the transmission of your data with a secure SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). All data included in your transaction is encrypted so that it is readable only to payment providers.

In addition, the credit card will be 3D Secure if this security parameter is stored on your credit card.

Refunds from returns are always returned to the credit card used for the purchase.

Payment by Discount Code or Gift Certificate

During the „payment“ part of the process, you enter your discount code / gift certificate code in the predefinedfield. If the order value exceeds the value of the discount code / gift certificate code, then select the method of payment with which you want to settle the balance. If the value of the gift certificate / promotion code is higher than the order value, you can use the same code for a next purchase. The balance is available until the credit is used up.
