DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

 

Our goal is to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as possible. Orders placed by 3 pm during our business days, will be dispatched the same day after receipt of payment. 

Our general business hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 20:00 CET and Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00 CET (except public holidays). 

We assume no responsibility for any delays caused by customs regulations, extreme weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances. 

Depending on the scope of delivery and country of delivery, we ship your order with either one of our logistics partners, per Deutsche Post „Warenpost“ or DHL.

If your country is not listed here, please contact us if shipping is still possible. 

Please note for orders outside the EU, the product price quoted by us is exclusive of customs and taxes.  

We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) regulations. We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If any doubt, please contact your local customs office for more information.  

 

Shipment tracking 

Once we have shipped your order with DHL, you will receive an email from us with the tracking link.
